Dressing 2 tbsp oil/ juice of 1 lemon/ chopped mint/ parsley/ garlic.
225 gms chick peas.
2 large lemons.
1/4 pint tahini.
4 tbsp olive oil.
I clove garlic, crushed.
Salt and pepper.
Simmer chickpeas for 2 hrs. Mash with lemon juice. Add tahini, oil garlic and seasoning.
